Malibu Real Estate Update for October 29th-November 5, 2018

Most buyers and seller’s are of the belief that the holidays is not the best time for inventory because people tend to take their listings off the market. However, it is actually the best time to list and or purchase as there is less competition. Therefore keeping your home on the market in November and December is an excellent strategy.

In the last week, Single Family Homes show a drop in active listings and a slight increase in price reductions since two weeks ago.
5 solds and 6 expired’s.

While Condo’s show a small increase in active listings, and 38% of them had a price reduction. Zero sold last week
and 2 listings expired.

There are 218 Active listings for Single Family Residents for all of Malibu 90265.

79 of those 218 show they had a price reduction sometime during their listing.
There were 5 sold from $1,858,00 to $17,500,00.
And 6 expired!
